PAULANER Munchner Hell

Brewed and bottled at the end of 19th Century under the Reinheitsgebot (1516 Bavarian Purity Law) in the Bavarian city of Munich by Paulaner Brauerei GmbH & Co. The first Lagers that were produced in Munich had a dark brown colour a style that was perfected in the 1830s.  This specific type of Lager is identified as Münchner Hell. This beer was first brewed at the end of the 19th century. It is made with fine and aromatic Hallertauer Tradition hops, Pilsner malt (light barley malt) and Paulaner’s exclusive yeast.  The fine aroma of the Münchner Hell is the perfect accompaniment for flavourful dishes. So do not miss the delicate combination of Münchner Hell with spicy spare ribs and barbecue sauce. For the perfect tasting experience we recommend to serve the Münchner Hell at a temperature of 7°C.
