Food Pairing: This easy drinking and utterly refreshing brew will accompany and enhance the taste of Cypriot, Greek, Italian and in general Mediterranean cuisine dishes. That said we cannot emphasize enough how well this brew will go with Fish dishes and salads. Perfect match for Cheeses such as Halloumi, Monterey Jack, mild Cheddar and Parmesan.
Golden Hue in color, with a tingling aromatic taste and a gargantuan head. A balanced and thirst quenching brew drinkable all year round but especially in the hot Cypriot months. Aromatic, invigorating hops perfectly combined with a soft malt bouquet.
Malts: Pilsner, CaraPils, Wheat, Acid Malt
Hops: Hallertauer Mittelfrueh, Hallertauer Hersbrucker
Yeast : Prime’s Lazarus Yeast
