We have heard a lot of positive comments and reviews about Prime MicroBrewery in Sotira Famagousta and when we received the invitation to visit them we just couldn’t refuse.
The door opened and Loizos, the Operations Manager, was waiting for us with a huge smile on his face and 2 glasses or Prime Microbrewery’s fresh Wit Beer (which will be launched in the market very soon) in his hands.
Loizos and his brother Stamatis Hadjicharalambous are the owners of Prime Microbrewery, they where initiated in the quality beer world by their father Mr. Giorgos and their trips to breweries around the world.
This and the absence of fresh quality beer in the market of Cyprus pushed the two brothers to brew their own quality beer and distribute it from Sotira where their state of the art microbrewery is located to the whole island of Cyprus.
Is a family owned and run microbrewery in Sotira Famagusta and they simply love beer!! They are “Home brewers with full control of their product” according to Loizos.
It is one of the most modern and technologically advanced Microbreweries in Europe with the edge of technology equipment, full quality control of their product and 100% environmentally friendly.
They produce 100% natural beer with absolutely no chemicals used during the whole process of brewing.
